Senku Group was found in June 1989 in Singapore which was one of leading precision mould engineering company in the Asia Pacific region.Sheng Jai Engrg & Design (Singapore) was our subsidiary company which was an expertise of mold designing, manufacture and servicing support for all kinds of tooling such as plastic mold ,rubber mold, and die cast mold.After 18 years development, we have become an experienced plastics injection & aluminum Die-casting mould manufacturer with high level of producing precision product with close tolerance.Senku have built plastic injection mould factory in Malaysia and ShangHai of China. We set up an office in Ginekee building , ChangLing district of ShangHai. |

Senku plastic part produce cover the area of sport equipment, green house automation, industrial tool and computer peripheral, and about sport equipments are mainly for precision shift gears and brake parts make, which injection moulding from 58Ton to 300Ton for all kinds of materials such as nylon, acetal, noryol, polycarbonate acrylic, ABS, LCS, PPS, Kopa, PVC and etc; As for die cast part are mostly for engine part , spray handle of Spray System (USA) , hard disk and so on;Rubber component have "O" cycle,hammer outside part etc.
In order to provide the best service to our valuable customer in one stop solution, we have move forward to prototype making such as soft tooling and prototype by machining with the best possible material which requested by our clients with texture and pantone colour.And we aslo can make the secondary processes such as Tampo and silk screen printing as well as assembly operations for plastics such as Ultra-sonic and other operation.
